मसूरी : गांधी जयंती पर उत्तराखंड राज्यआंदोलन के दिल्ली कूच के दौरान 2 अक्टूबर 1994 मुजफ्फरनगर के रामपुर तिराहा में उत्तराखंड से दिल्ली जा रहे राज्य आंदोलनकारियों पर पुलिस द्वारा बर्बरता पूर्ण कार्यवाही किए जाने और महिलाओं के साथ दुर्व्यवहार किए जाने की 27 वीं बरसी पर आज शहीद स्थल झूला घर पर रामपुर तिराहा कांड में शहीद हुए राज्य आंदोलन को श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की गई।
इस मौके पर राज्य आंदोलनकारी प्रदीप भंडारी ने कहा कि मुजफ्फरनगर के रामपुर तिराहा में उत्तराखंड से दिल्ली जा रहे राज्य आंदोलनकारियों पर पुलिस द्वारा गोलियां बरसाई गई जिसमें कई लोग शहीद हो गए और महिलाओं के साथ सामूहिक दुष्कर्म किया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि चाहे भाजपा की सरकार हो या कांग्रेस की राज्य आंदोलनकारियों को न्याय नहीं मिल पाया है और आज भी मुजफ्फरनगर कांड के दोषी खुलेआम घूम रहे हैं। मगर इन सरकारों में दोषियों को सजा दिलाने की इच्छा शक्ति नहीं देखी गई। उन्होंने कहा कि यह घटना उत्तराखंड को शर्मसार करने वाली है और आज सरकारी राज्य आंदोलनकारियों को भूलती जा रही है।राज्य आंदोलनकारी कमल भंडारी ने कहा कि 27 सालों से उत्तराखंड की जनता न्याय की गुहार लगा रही है लेकिन अब तक मुजफ्फरनगर कांड के दोषियों को सजा नहीं हो पाई है। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार की कमजोर पैरवी के कारण आज उत्तराखंड के लोग न्याय को तरस रहे हैं उन्होंने उम्मीद जताई कि मुख्यमंत्री राज्य आंदोलनकारियों को न्याय दिलाने के लिए ठोस पहल करेंगे। लेकिन इस मौके पर शहर के अधिकॉश नेता, राजनैतिक दलों के पदाधिकारी, नौकरी व पेंशन पा रहे अधिकॉश आन्दोलनकारी और चुने हुए जनप्रतिनिधि शहीदों को श्रद्वॉजलि देने नहीं पॅहुचे। आन्दोलनकारियों द्वारा राष्ट्रपिता महात्मा गॉधी एवं पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री लाल बहादुर शास्त्री जी को भी उनकी जयंती पर याद किया गया।
इस मौके पर सरकार से मुजफ्फरनगर काण्ड के दोषियों को शीघ्र सजा दिलवानें तथा आन्दोलनकारियों को 10 प्रतिशत क्षैतिज आरक्षण और एक समान पेंशन घोषित करने की मॉग की गई। श्रद्धॉजलि देने वालों में प्रदीप भण्डारी, पूरण जुयाल, कमल भण्डारी, राकेश पंवार, संजय गोस्वामी, मिजान सिंह सजवाण, मनोज भण्डारी, उम्मेद सिंह पुण्डीर आदि रहे।
