नेता पर जमीन कब्जाने का आरोप, हुआ हंगामा, पुलिस ने कब्जा छुड़ाया।

देहरादून : बद्रीश कालोनी के निकट राजीव नगर में विवादित जमीन को लेकर लोगों ने जमकर हंगामा किया। विरोध प्रदर्शन करने वाले लोगों का आरोप है कि (भाजपा नेता और स्थानीय पार्षद कमली भट्ट) व उनके सहयोगी जमीन पर अवैध कब्जा कर रहे हैं। जमीन का यह मामला अदालत में विचाराधीन है। मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस ने कब्जा हटा दिया।
आज दोपहर को बड़ी संख्या में लोगों ने बद्रीश कालोनी में विवादित जमीन पर हंगामा किया। इन लोगों का आरोप था कि भाजपा नेता कमली भट्ट, अतुल शर्मा और कुछ अन्य लोग उनकी जमीन पर कब्जा करने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं। खुद को जमीन का मालिक बता रहे विनोद ने कहा अतुल शर्मा ने मुझे जातिसूचक शब्द का प्रयोग किया। विनोद ने बताया जमीन कब्जे का विरोध करने पर उनको चोटें भी आई हैं। मैने अपना मेडिकल भी कराया है। हमने sc-st की तहरीर पुलिस को दे दी है लेकिन पुलिस मुकदमा दर्ज नहीं कर रही है।
समाजसेवी एडवोकेट विकेश नेगी के मुताबिक यह जमीन मुस्लिमों की थी। लगभग 13 बीघा जमीन पर मालिकाना हक विनोद का है और वह लंबे समय से काबिज है। विपक्षी पार्टी जमीन के कब्जे को लेकर अदालत में गयी और स्टे ले आयी। अदालत ने इस मामले में यथास्थिति बनाए रखने के आदेश दिये हैं।
एडवोकेट विकेश नेगी के मुताबिक यह केस वह लड़ रहे हैं। अदालत के आदेश के बावजूद भाजपा नेता कमली भट्ट ने जमीन पर कब्जा करने की कोशिश की। यह अदालती आदेश का सरासर उल्लंघन है। कमली भट्ट ने यहां अपने बेटे अनिरु़द्ध भट्ट के नाम से एक अनुबंध किया है और उन्हें पांच लाख रुपये का भुगतान किया गया है। इसके बावजूद वो जमीन पर कब्जा करने की कोशिश कर रही हैं। पुलिस के हस्तक्षेप के बाद उनका कब्जा हटा दिया गया है।
