हल्द्वानी : मोटाहल्दू क्षेत्र में उप खनिज निकासी गेट के समीप हुए जबरदस्त अग्निकांड के चलते सैकड़ों मजदूर बेघर हो गए। मगर उप जिलाधिकारी रिचा सिंह एवं तहसीलदार नितेश डांगर इन बेघर एवं प्रभावित मजदूरों के लिए फरिश्ता बनकर नजर आए और उनके प्रयासों से हल्द्वानी की थाल सेवा ने प्रभावित सैकड़ों मजदूरों को राशन किट, कपड़े व दरी इत्यादि वितरण किए। जबकि स्टोन क्रेशर एसोसिएशन ने उनके आशियाने बनाने के लिए पन्निया आदि उपलब्ध कराई। उप जिलाधिकारी के प्रयासों से हल्द्वानी की थाल सेवा तथा स्टोन क्रेशर एसोसिएशन द्वारा की गई। मदद से मजदूरों को जहां काफी राहत मिली वहीं आम जनता में भी उप जिलाधिकारी एवं राजस्व टीम की भूरी भूरी प्रशंसा की जा रही है। साथ ही उन्होंने थाल सेवा वालों को तथा स्टोन क्रेशर एसोसिएशन को भी बहुत-बहुत शुभकामनाएं दी। रवि रोटी बैंक के द्वारा भी प्रभावित मजदूरों को कपड़े तथा राशन उपलब्ध कराए गए।
इस दौरान विधायक नवीन दुमका पूर्व पूर्व चेयरमैन पवन चौहान के अलावा उप जिलाधिकारी रिचा सिंह, तहसीलदार नितेश डांगर, पुलिस उपाधीक्षक प्रमोद शाह, रजिस्ट्रार कानूनगो मोहित बोरा के अलावा राजस्व टीम से मनोज रावत सुनीता लोहनी, श्री कुटियाल आदि मौजूद थे। थाल सेवा के दिनेश मानसेरा राजीव वग्गा, प्रवीण मित्तल व राजीव मौजूद थे जिनका योगदान बेहद सराहनीय रहा। इस अवसर पर प्रभावित मजदूरों की सहायता के लिए स्थानीय समाजसेवियों के अलावा विभिन्न राजनीतिक दलों से जुड़े लोगों ने भी उत्कृष्ट कार्य किया।
इधर तहसीलदार नितेश डांगर ने बताया कि प्रभावित मजदूरों को किसी प्रकार की भविष्य में कोई दिक्कत न हो इसके लिए पूरे प्रयास किए जाएंगे।
