चमोली : जोशीमठ में भू-धंसाव की समस्या के दृष्टिगत जिला प्रशासन ने बीआरओ के अन्तर्गत निर्मित हेलंग वाई पास निर्माण कार्य, एनटीपीसी तपोवन विष्णुगाड जल विद्युत परियोजना के अन्तर्गत निर्माण कार्य एवं नगरपालिका क्षेत्रान्तर्गत निर्माण कार्यो पर अग्रिम आदेशों तक तत्काल प्रभाव से रोक लगा दी है। साथ जोशीमठ-औली रोपवे का संचालन भी अग्रिम आदेशों तक रोका गया है।
प्रभावित परिवारों को शिफ्ट करने हेतु जिला प्रशासन ने एनटीपीसी व एचसीसी कंपनियों को एहतियातन अग्रिम रुप से 2-2 हजार प्री-फेब्रिकेटेड भवन तैयार कराने के भी आदेश जारी किए है।
जोशीमठ में भू-धंसाव की समस्या को लेकर प्रशासन प्रभावित परिवारों को हर संभव मदद पहुंचाने में जुटा है। प्रभावित परिवारों को नगरपालिका, ब्लाक, बीकेटीसी गेस्ट हाउस, जीआईसी, गुरुद्वारा, इंटर कालेज, आईटीआई तपोवन सहित अन्य सुरक्षित स्थानों पर रहने की व्यवस्था की गई है। जोशीमठ नगर क्षेत्र से 43 परिवारों को सुरक्षित स्थानों पर अस्थायी रूप से शिफ्ट कर लिया गया है। जिसमें से 38 परिवार को प्रशासन ने जबकि पांच परिवार स्वयं सुरक्षित स्थानों पर शिफ्ट हो गए है।
भू-धसाव बढने से खतरे की जद में आए भवनों को चिन्हित किया जा रहा है। ताकि कोई जानमाल का नुकसान न हो। राहत शिविरों में बिजली, पानी, भोजन, शौचालय एवं अन्य मूलभूत व्यवस्थाओं के लिए नोडल अधिकारी नामित करते हुए जिम्मेदारी दी गई है।
जिलाधिकारी हिमांशु खुराना द्वारा लगातार स्थिति की समीक्षा की जा रही है। अपर जिलाधिकारी डा.अभिषेक त्रिपाठी एवं संयुक्त मजिस्ट्रेट डा.दीपक सैनी सहित प्रशासन की टीम मौके पर मौजूद है। जोशीमठ भू-धंसाव के खतरे से निपटने के लिए एसडीआरएफ, एनडीआरएफ, पुलिस सुरक्षा बल को अलर्ट मोड पर रखा गया है।
वृहस्पतिवार को गढवाल कमिश्नर सुशील कुमार, आपदा प्रबंधन सचिव रन्जीत कुमार सिन्हा, आपदा प्रबंधन के अधिशासी अधिकारी पीयूष रौतेला, एनडीआरएफ के डिप्टी कमांडेंट रोहितास मिश्रा, भूस्खलन न्यूनीकरण केन्द्र के वैज्ञानिक सांतुन सरकार, आईआईटी रूडकी के प्रोफेसर डा.बीके माहेश्वरी सहित तकनीकी विशेषज्ञों की पूरी टीम जोशीमठ पहुंच गई है। गढवाल कमिश्नर एवं आपदा प्रबंधन सचिव ने तहसील जोशीमठ में अधिकारियों की बैठक लेते हुए स्थिति की समीक्षा की। विशेषज्ञों की टीम द्वारा प्रभावित क्षेत्रों का विस्तृत सर्वेक्षण किया जा रहा है।
