टिहरी/धनौल्टी : विकासखंड जौनपुर के ग्राम पंचायत बाण्डा चक के कण्डाल गांव के ऊपर जंगल में बादल फटने से सड़क, पेयजल लाईन, व रास्ते क्षतिग्रस्त हो गये है। वहीँ सड़क किनारे खड़े कुछ दुपहिए वाहनों की बहने की सूचना भी प्राप्त हुई है। पानी के तेज बहाव से खेती को भी काफी नुकसान पहुँचा है। सूचना पाकर घटनास्थल पर थाना थत्यूड़ पुलिस पहुँच चुकी है व जेसीबी की मदद से सड़क खोलने का कार्य जारी है।

पुलिस से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार प्राथमिकता के आधार पर राहत कार्य जारी है। फिलहाल अभी तक किसी भी प्रकार की जनहानि की कोई सूचना नही है। वहीँ सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता खेमराज भट्ट व रामप्रकाश भट्ट ने बताया कि बादल फटने से कुछ मवेशियों के बहने की भी खबर है व जानकारी जुटाई जा रही है।
