चमोली : पर्यटन की दृष्टि से उर्गम घाटी जोशीमठ विकास खंड में एक रमणीक स्थल है। जहां पंचबदरी में ध्यान बदरी पंचम केदार कल्पेश्वर महादेव महर्षि और्व मुनि की तपस्थली उर्वाऋषि आश्रम विश्वनाथ कल्पवृक्ष भगवती गौरा समेत धार्मिक पर्यटन के साथ साथ अनेक रमणीक बुग्याल है जो वर्ष भर पर्यटकों से गुलजार रहती है । वर्तमान समय में एक महत्वपूर्ण सड़क जो कल्पेश्वर परिपथ के रूप से विकसित हो रही है।
इस सड़क में धीमी गति से काम चलने पर लोगों ने भारी आक्रोश व्यक्त किया है उर्गम भेंटा चक उर्गम भर्की गीरा बांसा मोटर मार्ग के कार्य को कल्पेश्वर से बांसा तक निर्माण के संबंध में आज अपर जिलाधिकारी चमोली से भेंट कर वस्तु स्थिति के बारे में विस्तार पूर्वक वार्ता की गई।

देवग्राम के ग्राम प्रधान देवेंद्र सिंह रावत ने अपर जिलाधिकारी से प्रधानमंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना के तहत गीरा बांसा तक सड़क की कटिंग शुरू करने की मांग रखी साथ ही गीरा प्राथमिक विद्यालय में अध्यापक की नियुक्ति की बात रखी गई।

ग्राम पंचायत देवग्राम के गीरा बांसा देवग्राम में हो रहे भूधसांव के कारण आवासीय मकान पर लगातार दरारें आ रही हैं पुनर्वास की कार्यवाही करने की मांग की ।

इस सन्दर्भ में अपर जिलाधिकारी ने पुनर्वास के लिए उप जिलाधिकारी जोशीमठ को इस प्रकरण में कार्यवाही करने के आदेश देने का वादा किया साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना के बारे में उनके उच्च अधिकारियों से वार्ता की जाएगी।
कल्पनाथ प्रबंधकारिणी समिति के पदाधिकारियों ने पंचम केदार कल्पेश्वर में पेयजल की समस्या के बारे में अपर जिलाधिकारी को अवगत कराया। साथ ही उर्गम से थैंग सड़क विस्तारीकरण के लिए अपर जिलाधिकारी को ज्ञापन दिया। इस अवसर पर
