मसूरी : अतिक्रमण हटाओ अभियान के तहत जहां शहर के विभिन्न स्थानों से अतिक्रमण हटाया जा रहा है उसी के साथ अब शहर में नाले खालो पर किया गया अतिक्रमण हटाने को लेकर कार्यवाही शुरू कर दी गई है। जिसका शुभारंभ लंढौर जैन धर्मशाला के निकट नाले को खोल कर किया गया। नाला खोलने के लिए जेसीबी का प्रयोग किया जा रहा है। इसके बाद अन्य स्थानों पर भी जेसीबी के माध्यम से नालों से कब्जा हटाने व बंद नालों को खोलने का कार्य किया जा रहा है। शहर के नालों को लगातार चिन्हित किया जा रहा है। जिसकी सूची तैयार की जा रही है। जिसके बाद अब नाले खालो से अतिक्रमण हटाना शुरू कर दिया गया है। पर्यटन नगरी के अधिकतर नाले या तो बंद हैं या उनपर कब्जा किया गया है। जिसका प्रभाव बरसात में देखने को मिलता है जब सारा पानी सड़कों पर बहता है जिससे एक ओर सड़के क्षतिग्रस्त हो रही हैं वहीं सड़कों पर इतना पानी बहता है कि पैदल चलना किसी खतरे से खाली नहीं है। शहर में अतिक्रमण अभियान के साथ ही नालों खालों से अतिक्रमण हटाने की लगातार मांग की जा रही थी जिस पर नालों से अतिक्रमण हटाने का निर्णय पालिका प्रशासन ने लिया। इस संबंध में नगर पालिका अध्यक्ष अनुज गुप्ता ने बताया कि काफी लंबे समय से शिकायतें आ रही थी कि लोगों ने नाले खालो पर अतिक्रमण कर उस पर निर्माण कर दिया गया है जिस कारण सारा पानी सड़कों पर आ रहा है। जिसके कारण सड़कें क्षतिग्रस्त हो रही है साथ ही पैदल चलने वालों को भी भारी परेशानी हो रही है। इसके बाद अब नगर पालिका ने अतिक्रमण हटाने की कार्यवाही शुरू कर दी है। पालिका अध्यक्ष अनुज गुप्ता ने कहा कि शहर में जहां पर भी ऐसा अतिक्रमण पाया गया उसके खिलाफ कार्यवाही की जाएगी साथ ही नाले खाले बंद होने से पर्यावरण पर भी प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़ रहा था जिसके कारण जमीने कट रही थी और भूस्खलन होने की संभावनाएं बन रही थी इसी को देखते हुए पालिका ने निर्णय लिया है सभी स्थानों से पालिका द्वारा अतिक्रमण हटाया जाएगा।
