न्याय पंचायत तियां के अंतर्गत लगभग 20से25गांव आतें हैं और यहां एक भी बैंक नहीं है तो ग्रामीण जयेंद्र सिहं राणा ने बताया कि वह लगभग एक दसक से बैंक खोलने को लेकर वह लगातार अधिकारीयों और प्रतिनीधियों और मंत्री मुख्यमंत्री तक के दफ्तरों का रूख कर चुके हैं लेकिन बैंक सिर्फ घोषणाओं और अश्वासनों में ही लटका हुआ है।
सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता रमेश इंदवाण विपिन थपलियाल ने बताया कि वह धारी कलोगी क्षेत्र में वह बैंक खोलने को लेकर लगातार प्रयास कर रहे हैं लेकिन मामले की अनदेखी सरकारी स्तर से ही की जा रही है, ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि न्याय पंचायत तियां एक कृषि प्रधान क्षेत्र है और नगदी फसलों की उपज भी भारी भरकम में होती है अब बैंक नहीं है तो लोग बहुत परेशा हैं दुसरी ओर क्षेत्र में एक राजकीय इंटर कालेज है और जुनियर हाईस्कुल सहित एक दर्जन सरकारी विधालय हैं लेकिन अभीतक बैंक नहीं खुल पाया है जो आज सबसे बड़ी समस्या है।
बैंक को लेकर भाजपा नेता संजय थपलियाल ने बताया कि वह उत्तरकाशी जनपद प्रभारी मंत्री गणेश जोशी सहित मुख्यमंत्री से गुहार लगा चुके हैं और बैंक खोलने को लेकर आश्वासन भी दिया गया।
न्याय पंचायत तियां के धारी कलोगी में बैंक खोलने का मुद्दा विधानसभा चुनाव का हत्यार भी बन सकता है और लोग मतदान का बहिष्कार बैंक नहीं तो वोट नहीं के रूप में भी कर सकतें हैं।
