देहरादून : मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने रविवार सांय को रेंजर्स ग्राउंड में आयोजित उत्तराखण्ड लोक विरासत कार्यक्रम – 2022 में प्रतिभाग किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने मेले में स्वयं सहायता समूहों के स्टॉलों का भ्रमण कर उनके द्वारा तैयार किये गये उत्पादों की सराहना की।
इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हमारे उत्तराखण्ड में विविध प्रकार की संस्कृति है, हर जिले में संस्कृति एवं रीति रिवाज बदल जाते हैं लेकिन यह लोक विरासत कार्यक्रम मन को मोह लेने वाला एक लघु उत्तराखण्ड का रूप है, जो कि प्रदेश की अलग अलग नृत्य शैली, भाषा एवं गायन शैली को प्रदर्शित कर हमें गौरवान्वित कर रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री ने इस आयोजन हेतु डॉ. के0पी0जोशी का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए उनके प्रयासों की सराहना की।
उन्होंने कहा कि हम सभी को अपनी संस्कृति एवं पूर्वजों के बनाए हुए जो हमारे संस्कार है उनसे जरूर जुड़ना चाहिए क्योकि इतिहास गवाह है जो लोग अपनी संस्कृति से दूर चले जाते हैं वह उस पेड की तरह होते हैं जो पेड़ तो होता है परन्तु जिसकी जड़े सुख चुकी होती है और धीरे धीरे वह पेड़ भी सुख जाता है। इसलिए हम सभी अगर अपनी संस्कृति से जुड़े रहेंगे तो हम सभी को पोषण, ऊर्जा एवं प्रोत्साहन मिलता रहेगा साथ ही हमारे पूर्वजों को आर्शीवाद मिलता रहेगा। इन्ही सब को ध्यान में रखते हुए हमने इस बार इगास त्योहार बड़ी धूमधाम से मनाया गया। ऐसे ही प्रयासों से निश्चित रूप से जो हमारी संस्कृति है वह पीढ़ी दर पीढ़ी हस्तांतरित होती रहेगी। ऐसे पर्वो से नई पीढ़ी भी कहीं न कहीं अपना जुड़ाव महसुस करती है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के आह्वान पर पूरे देश में आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव मनाया जा रहा है। यह अमृत महोत्सव आजादी के पहले और आजादी के बाद देश के लिये अपना योगदान देने वालों के सम्मान के साथ देश ने जो उपलब्धियां हासिल की उनका स्मरण करने का महोत्सव है। अब हम आजादी की शताब्दी की ओर बढ़ रहे हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि आज प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में उत्तराखण्ड की संस्कृति के विकास के लिए अनेक योजनायें चलाई जा रही है। आपदा के बाद केदारनाथ धाम का पुनर्निर्माण हुआ है, संपूर्ण परिसर में विभिन्न विकास कार्यों का निर्माण कार्य चल रहा है, जिसे 2023 के अंत तक कर पुरा कर लिया जाएगा, लगातार नया भव्य और दिव्य केदार बन रहा है। बद्रीनाथ धाम के भव्य निर्माण हेतु मास्टर प्लान बन कर तैयार हो गया है। हाल ही में प्रधानमंत्री ने उनके द्वारा माणा को भारत के अन्तिम गांव की बजाय देश का पहला गांव कहे जाने पर मुहर लगाते हुए कहा कि अब तो उनके लिये भी सीमाओ पर बसा हर गांव देश का पहला गांव ही है। यह हमारे सीमान्त क्षेत्र के निवासियों के भी सम्मान की बात है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने सभी का आह्वान करते हुए कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री ने वोकल फॉर लोकल का जिक्र करते हुए देशवासियों से आग्रह किया है कि जहां भी जाएं एक संकल्प करें कि यात्रा पर जितना भी खर्च करते हैं उसका कम से कम 5 प्रतिशत वहां के स्थानीय उत्पाद खरीदने पर खर्च करें। इससे राज्य के उत्पादों को बढ़ावा मिलने के साथ देश व दुनिया में उनकी पहचान भी बनेगी। प्रधानमंत्री ने हमारी संस्कृति को भी पहचान दिलाने का कार्य किया है।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि जहां प्रधानमंत्री के सफल नेतृत्व में सम्पूर्ण देश का विकास हो रहा है वहीं उत्तराखण्ड से उनका विशेष लगाव किसी से छुपा नही है। हमारी सरकार भी प्रदेश के सांस्कृतिक विकास के लिए कई कदम उठा रही है। उत्तराखण्ड की नई फिल्म नीति के तहत गढ़वाल, कुमाउनी एवं जौनसारी में फिल्म बनाने पर हमने 02 करोड़ रूपये की सहायता राशि का प्रावधान किया है। ऐसी अनेक योजनाये हमने भाषा एवं संस्कृति को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए लाये हैं।
कार्यक्रम में जागर सम्राट पदमश्री डॉ. प्रीतम भरतवाण, प्रसिद्ध लोक गायक नरेन्द्र सिंह नेगी, मीना राणा एवं संगीता ढौंढियाल सहित विभिन्न गायकों ने अपनी प्रस्तुति दी।
इस अवसर पर कैबिनेट मंत्री चन्दन राम दास, विधायक विनोद चमोली, मेयर देहरादून सुनिल उनियाल गामा सहित अन्य गणमान्य उपस्थित रहे।
