चमोली : बद्रीनाथ मास्टर प्लान के तहत किए जा रहे निर्माण कार्याे को लेकर जिलाधिकारी हिमांशु खुराना ने बुधवार को बद्रीनाथ धाम का स्थलीय निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने पीडब्लूडी गैस्ट हाउस में कार्यदायी संस्थाओं तथा संबंधित अधिकारियों के साथ समीक्षा बैठक की। जिलाधिकारी ने मास्टर प्लान के तहत प्रस्तावित कार्याे एवं उनमें आ रही समस्याओं के संबध में विभागीय अधिकारियों से विस्तृत चर्चा की और शीघ्र उनका समाधान करने के साथ-साथ निर्माण कार्याे में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिए। वहीं यूपीसीएल के अधीक्षण अभियन्ता को ट्रांसफार्मर सिफटिंग के लिए शीघ्र स्थान चयनित करने, तथा जल संस्थान व यूपीसीएल केे एक एक एई को बद्रीनाथ में कैम्प कार्यालय में रहने के निर्देश दिए।
बद्रीनाथ धाम में पहले चरण के तहत शेष नेत्र व बद्रीश झील का सौन्दर्यीकरण, रिवर फ्रंट डेवलपमेंट, वनवे लूप रोड निर्माण, तथा बहुउद्देश्यीय/एराइवल प्लाजा आदि के कार्य युद्ध स्तर पर चल रहे हैं।
तत्पश्चात जिलाधिकारी ने साकेत तिराहा, रिवर फ्रन्ट, शेषनेत्र व बद्रीश झील, अस्पताल व बस स्टेशन का स्थलीय निरीक्षण किया। जिलाधिकारी ने आईएसबीटी को शीध्र खाली कराने के निर्देश तथा इओ को अस्थाई दुकानों का निर्माण करन,े धाम के वैकल्पिक मार्ग व रिवर फ्रन्ट की सड़क को दुरस्थ करने तथा सड़क व पैदल पथ पर अधिकतम साइनेज लगाने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही ट्राजिट हॉस्टल के कार्य को शुरू कराने के निर्देश भी दिए।
इसके बाद जिलाधिकारी ने हेमकुण्ड को जाने वाली गोविन्ट घाट से पुलना तक सड़क का स्थलीय निरीक्षण किया कुछ जगहों पर सड़क क्षति ग्रस्त हुई है जिसको तत्काल दुरस्थ करने के निर्देेश दिए इस पर पीएमजीएसवाई के एसई ने दो दिन में सड़क को दुरस्थ करने का आश्वासन दिया। साथ ही पैदल मार्ग को खोलने के निर्देेश कार्यदायी संस्था को दिए। वहीं गोविन्दघाट गुरूद्वारे में यात्रा व्यवस्थाओं को लेकर भी गुरूद्वारा प्रबन्धक तथा संबंधित अधिकारियों के साथ समीक्षा बैठक की। जिसमें सड़क, विद्युत, पेयजल आदि पर चर्चा की गई।
जिलाधिकारी ने अधिक संख्या में रेन सैल्टर बनाने तथा स्ट्रीट लाइट लगाने, अस्थायी टाइलेट बनाने तथा जहां जहां रास्ते में टूट फूट हो रखी है उसको दुरस्थ करने के निर्देश संबंधित अधिकारियों को दिए।
इस दौरान प्रबंधक श्री हेमकुण्ड साहिब सेवा सिंह, संयुक्त मजिस्ट्रेट दीपक सैनी, तहसीलदार रवि शाह, अधिशासी अभियन्ता लोनिवि विपुल सैनी, ईओ सुनील पुरोहित, एसई यूपीसीएल अमित सक्सेना,पीएल सोनी सहित लोनिवि एवं अन्य विभागीय अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
