पिथौरागढ़ : अपने दो दिवसीय जनपद भ्रमण के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने रविवार को पिथौरागढ़ स्थित वन विश्राम गृह में जनपद के विभिन्न स्कूलों के प्रतिभाशाली छात्र-छात्राओं, खिलाड़ियों एवं एनसीसी कैडेट्स के छात्र- छात्राओं से वार्ता की।
मुख्यमंत्री ने छात्र-छात्राओं से उनकी पढ़ाई के बारे में जानकारी ली। वार्ता के दौरान छात्र-छात्राओं ने शिक्षा के स्तर को बेहतर बनाने के लिए कुछ सुझाव भी मुख्यमंत्री के समक्ष रखे तथा शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में किये गये राज्य सरकार के बेहतर प्रयासों के लिए मुख्यमंत्री का आभार भी व्यक्त किया। वहीं छात्र-छात्राओं ने अपने-अपने विद्यालयों से संबंधित समस्याएं भी बतायी।
इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने छात्र-छात्राओं को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि यह सच है कि शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में अभी भी सुविधाओं को लेकर कुछ सुधार किए जाने की आवश्यकता है। किंतु यदि छात्र-छात्राओं में आगे बढ़ने का हौसला हो तो वे विपरीत परिस्थितियों में भी आगे बढ़ सकते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि अब स्थिति पहले जैसे नहीं है। पहले सड़के तक नहीं थी।अब सड़क मार्ग बन गये हैं। दूरसंचार व अन्य सुविधाएं भी विकसित हो गई हैं ।आज हम अर्थव्यवस्था में आगे बढ़ रहे हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि वर्ष 2047 में हम देश की आजादी की शताब्दी मनाएंगे। देश के माननीय प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी यह लक्ष्य बनाकर चल रहे हैं कि हमारा देश वर्ष 2047 में विश्व का नंबर वन देश बने। इस लक्ष्य को पूरा करने में छात्र-छात्राएं अपना बेहतर योगदान दें। खेल, विज्ञान आदि हर क्षेत्र में बेहतर करने का प्रयास करें। उन्होंने कहा कि विद्यार्थी जीवन अमूल्य है। अपना पूरा ध्यान शिक्षा ग्रहण करने पर दें।
इस अवसर पर क्षेत्रीय सांसद अजय टम्टा, विधायक डीडीहाट बिशन सिंह चुफाल, आयुक्त कुमाऊँ मंडल दीपक रावत, जिलाधिकारी रीना जोशी, एसपी लोकेश्वर सिंह आदि उपस्थित थे।
