ऋषिकेश : SDRF ने जानकारी सांझा करते हुए बताया कि आज दिनाँक 17 मई 2023 को थाना लक्ष्मणझूला, टिहरी गढ़वाल द्वारा SDRF को सूचना दी गयी कि चीला शक्ति नहर में कुनाऊ पुल के पास एक युवक की बाइक खड़ी है व उस युवक के नहर में डूबने की आशंका है।
उक्त सूचना पर पोस्ट ढालवाला से SDRF की डीप डाइविंग टीम द्वारा मय आवश्यक उपकरणों के घटनास्थल पर पहुँचकर सर्चिंग अभियान चलाया गया।
उक्त युवक मंजीत सिंह, 35 वर्ष, निवासी बरेली, उत्तरप्रदेश का रहने वाला है एवं यहाँ किसी प्राइवेट कंपनी में कार्यरत था। उक्त युवक अपने अन्य बाइक सवार साथियों के साथ ऋषिकेश आया हुआ था।
SDRF डीप डाइविंग टीम द्वारा कुनाउ पुल से चीला बैराज तक सभी संभावित स्थानों पर गहन सर्चिंग की जा रही है।
