देहरादून : कृषि एवं ग्राम विकास मंत्री गणेश जोशी इस समय विभागीय कार्यप्रणाली को जन अपेक्षाओं के अनुरूप बनाने के लिए फ्रंटफुट पर बेटिंग कर रहे हैं। अपने अधीन विभागों में उनके द्वारा सभी सम्बद्धीकरण समाप्त कर दिए गए हैं। पहले उद्यान विभाग, फिर कृषि विभाग और अब ग्राम विकास विभाग में भी तत्काल प्रभाव से कर्मचारियों / अधिकारियों के शासन स्तर, आयुक्त स्तर तथा जनपद स्तर से सभी सम्बद्धीकरण तत्काल प्रभाव से रद्द कर दिए गए हैं।
काबीना मंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य की जनता ने धामी सरकार को सुशासन तथा सरकार जनता के द्वार की फीलिंग के साथ जनादेश दिया है। कार्मिकों को भी देहरादून में रहने की प्रवृत्ति से बाज आना होगा। मुख्यमंत्री पहले ही अधिकारियों को ताकीद कर चुके हैं कि तहसील स्तर के काम जिला मुख्यालय और जिलों के काम राजधानी तक नहीं आने चाहिए। अगर अधिकारी कर्मचारी देहरादून में ही पड़े रहेंगे तो क्षेत्र में काम कैसे होगा।
