देहरादून : आज प्रातः नरेन्द्र नगर के डौर गावँ की 90 वर्ष से अधिक उम्र की वृद्धा रौशनी देवी के साथ उनके बेटे, बहु व नाती के द्वारा मारपीट की जानकारी मिलने पर उत्तराखंड राज्य महिला आयोग के अध्यक्ष कुसुम कंडवाल संज्ञान लेते हुए ऋषिकेश के राजकीय चिकित्सालय में भर्ती रौशनी देवी से मिलने अस्पताल पहुंची तथा पीड़िता से मिलकर उनका हाल जाना।
पीड़ित वृद्धा से जानकारी के अनुसार पता चला कि उनके तीन बेटे हैं जिनमें से एक बेटे ने अपनी पत्नी व बेटे के साथ मिलकर वृद्धा से मारपीट की है तथा इस दौरान उनका हाथ भी टूटा है जिसमें प्लास्टर लगा हुआ है।
जानकारी मिलने पर महिला आयोग की अध्यक्ष खत्म करने वालों ने तत्काल एसएसपी टिहरी को दूरभाष पर वार्ता करते हुए मामले में वृद्धा के साथ मारपीट व उनका शोषण करने वालो के विरुद्ध कड़ी कार्यवाही के लिए निर्देशित किया है । उन्होंने कहा कि इस प्रकार की मानसिकता से ग्रसित लोग परिवार की अहमियत को भूल चुकें है। ऐसे लोग जो अपने वृद्ध माता पिता के साथ गलत बर्ताव या उनका शोषण करते है उनको कड़ी कार्यवाही के साथ दंडित किया जाना अत्यंत आवश्यक है।
