मसूरी : प्रशासन व नगर पालिका ने जिन स्थानों से अतिक्रमण हटाया उससे भले ही गरीबों की रोजी रोटी चली गई है लेकिन उसका लाभ वाहन खडे करने वाले ले रहे हैं। जबकि प्रशासन व पुलिस का दायित्व है कि वह उस स्थानों पर वाहनों की पार्किग न होने दे। ताकि जिनको अतिक्रमण के नाम पर हटाया गया है उन्हें ऐसा न लगे कि यह केवल पैसे वालों के वाहनों को खड़ा करने के लिए किया गया है।
प्रशासन ने पहले किंक्रेग, पिक्चर पैलेस मार्ग से अतिक्रमण हटाया जिसमें बड़ा मोड़ प्रमुख है लेकिन अतिक्रमण हटाने का लाभ वहां पर बस वालों को मिल रहा है और वहां पर एक नहीं कई बसें खड़ी हो रही हैं इसी तरह पुराने व नये टिहरी बस स्टैण्ड से अतिक्रमण हटाया वहां पर भी उन स्थानों पर वाहन पार्क किए जा रहे हैं। यहीं हाल कैमल्स बैक रोड का है। वहां पर भी अतिक्रमण हटाया गया व उनके स्थान पर वाहन पार्किंग बन गई है। ऐसे में अतिक्रमण हटाने का अभियान वाहनों की पार्किंग बनाने के लिए किया गया समझ जा रहा है। वहीं पिक्चर पैलेस से लंढौर जाने वाले मार्ग पर वाहनों को खड़ा करने की पार्किंग समाप्त की गई कि वहां पर स्कुटियां खड़ी होंगी लेकिन वहां पर पहले से अधिक वाहन खड़े हो रहे हैं हालात इतने खराब हो गये हैं कि रोड के दोंनों ओर वाहन खड़े कर दिए गये हैं जिसके कारण रोड पर चलने वाले वाहनों के लिए जगह नहीं बच रही अगर गलती से दूसरी दिशा से कोई वाहन आ गया तो जाम लग जाता है जबकि पुलिस को वहां खड़े होने वाले वाहनों के चालन करने चाहिए या वहां पर पुलिस तैनात कर वाहनों को पार्किंग में भेजा जाना चाहिए लेकिन ऐेसा नहीं हो पा रहा है। यही हाल कैमल्स बैक रोड का है। एसडीएम नरेश दुर्गापाल ने होटल वालों को सख्ती से रोड पर वाहन खड़े न करने के निर्देश दिए थे लेकिन इस पर कोई अमल नहीं हो रहा है। जहां से अतिक्रमण हटाया गया वहां तो वाहन खड़े हो ही रहे हैं लेकिन कैमल्स बैक रोड पर जिन होटलों के वाहन पार्क किए गये है वह नहीं हटाये जा रहे हैं। जिससे लोगों में आक्रोश बढ़ रहा है कि बड़े होटल वालों पर प्रशासन मेहरबान हो रहा है व गरीबों की रोजी रोटी अतिक्रमण के नाम पर छीन ली गई।
