जोशीमठ : प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय के उप सचिव मंगेश घिल्डियाल ने शनिवार को बद्रीनाथ पहुॅचकर मास्टर प्लान के तहत संचालित कार्यो का स्थलीय निरीक्षण किया। उन्होंने अधिकारियों एवं कार्यदायी संस्थाओं को पहले चरण के तहत संचालित निर्माण कार्यो में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिए। कहा कि कही पर भी समस्या आ रही है, तो उसका त्वरित समाधान करें तथा आगामी सितंबर माह तक पहले चरण के कार्यो को पूरा किया जाए।
उप सचिव, अपने निर्धारित भ्रमण कार्यक्रम के तहत शनिवार को दोपहर 12ः30 बजे बद्रीनाथ धाम पहुॅचे। यहां मंदिर में भगवान बद्रीनाथ के दर्शन एवं पूजा अर्चना करने के बाद उप सचिव ने बद्रीनाथ धाम में मास्टर प्लान के तहत संचालित कार्यो का स्थलीय निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने लूप रोड व बीआरओ बाईपास निर्माण, झीलों का सौन्दर्यीकरण, रिवर फ्रंट डेवलपमेंट आदि निर्माण कार्यो को देखा। उन्होंने कहा कि शेष नेत्र झील और बदरीश झील में पानी की वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था भी रखी जाए। उप सचिव ने पहले चरण के कार्यो को आगामी सितंबर तक पूरा करने पर जोर देते हुए सभी कार्यदायी संस्थाओं को बेहतर समन्वय के साथ कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए। इस दौरान जिलाधिकारी हिमांशु खुराना ने मास्टर प्लान के तहत संचालित कार्यो के संबध में विस्तार से जानकारी दी। निरीक्षण के दौरान अपर जिलाधिकारी आशीष त्रिपाठी, एसडीएम कुमकुम जोशी सहित कार्यदायी संस्थाओं के अधिकारी भी मौजूद थे।
बद्रीनाथ धाम में धार्मिक-पौराणिक महत्व, मान्यताओं व परंपराओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए मास्टर प्लान के तहत यात्रियों की सुख, सुविधा, अच्छे दर्शन और अगले 100 सालों की जरूरत के हिसाब से बुनियादी ढांचों का विकास एवं निर्माण कार्य किए जा रहे है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के ड्रीम प्रोजेक्ट के तहत तीन चरणों में बद्रीनाथ धाम को एक स्मार्ट टाउन के रूप में तैयार किया जाएगा। जिसमें पहले चरण का कार्य चल रहा है। पहले चरण में बद्रीनाथ धाम में वन-वे लूप रोड का पहाड़ी शैली के पत्थर से निर्माण किया जाएगा। इसमें लगभग 700 मीटर सड़क बनाई जा रही है। अराइवल प्लाजा के निर्माण से टिकट बुकिंग, होटलों की जानकारी जैसी सुविधाएं तीर्थ यात्रियों को आसानी से मिल सकेंगी। बदरीनाथ में स्थित शेष नेत्र झील और बदरीश झील का सौंदर्यीकरण का कार्य प्रगति पर है। ये दोनों झीलें लगभग 300 मीटर तक फैली हैं। यहां आने वाले तीर्थयात्रियों को अच्छा उपचार मिले इसके लिए बदरीनाथ धाम में स्थित अस्पताल का विस्तारीकरण किया जा रहा है। इसके साथ ही धाम में सभी घाटों का सौंदर्यीकरण और निर्माण कार्य भी संचालित है।
