सहकारी समितियों को डिजिटल करने में उत्तराखंड बना देश का पहला राज्य: सीएम धामी

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड सहकारी समितियों को डिजिटल करने वाला देश का पहला राज्य है। प्रदेश की 670 सहकारी समितियां पूरी तरह डिजिटल हो चुकी हैं, जिससे किसानों को अब ऑनलाइन जानकारी मिल रही है। सहकारी समितियां अब ऋण देने तक सीमित नहीं हैं, बल्कि जन औषधी केंद्रों और सीएससी सेंटर के माध्यम से सेवाएं प्रदान कर रही हैं। नाबार्ड ग्रामीण विकास के लिए 65,916 करोड़ का बजट देगा, जो पिछले वर्ष से अधिक है।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा सहकारिता समितियों को डिजिटल करने वाले उत्तराखंड देश का पहला माडल राज्य है। प्रदेश की संचालित की जा रही 670 सहकारी समितियां को पूरी तरह डिजिटल किया गया है। पहले किसानों को कार्यालय के चक्कर काटने पड़ते थे। लेकिन अब योजनाओं की जानकारी आनलाइन से उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है।
कहा सहकारी समितियां ऋण देने तक सीमित नहीं रह गई है। बल्कि जन औषधी केंद्रों के माध्यम से सस्ती दवाइयां, सीएससी, सेंटर से बीमा, पेंशन, बिजली बिल, आधार एवं डिजिटल सेवाएं उपलब्ध करायी जा रही है।
मंगवाल को रेंजर्स ग्राउंड में अंतरराष्ट्रीय सहकारिता वर्ष -2025 के अंतर्गत राष्ट्रीय सहकारी विकास निगम सहकारिता मंत्रालय मेले का मुख्य अतिथि पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने उद्घाटन किया। धामी ने कहा उत्तराखंड की सहकारिता, ग्रामीण आत्मनिर्भरता, आत्मसम्मान स्वरोजगार का सशक्त प्रतीक है।
सहकारिता भारतीय जीवन पद्धति का मूल संस्कार रही है। संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघ ने वर्ष 2025 को अंतरराष्ट्रीय सहकारिता वर्ष घोषित किया है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में योजनाओं को साकार करने का संकल्प लिया है। सहकारिता मंत्रालय का गठन ऐतिहासिक निर्णय है। गृह एवं सहकारिता मंत्री अमित शाह के नेतृत्व में योजनाओं को आगे बढ़ाने का काम किया जा रहा है।
कहा सरकार दीनदयाल उपाध्याय सहकारिता किसान कल्याण योजना के अंतर्गत किसान, महिला स्वयं सहायता समूह, सहकारी संस्थाओं को ब्याजमुक्त ऋण देकर आत्मनिर्भर बनाने का काम कर रही है। महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाने के लिए लखपति दीदी योजना चलायी जा रही है। इस मौके पर राज्यसभा सदस्य नरेश बंसल, कैबिनेट मंत्री डा. धन सिंह रावत, विधायक राजपुर खजान दास, विधायक कैंट सविता कपूर आदि मौजूद रहे।
नाबार्ड ग्रामीण विकास को देगा 65 हजार करोड़
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा ग्रामीण विकास में नाबार्ड की अहम भूमिका रहती है। वर्ष 2026-27 में ग्रामीण विकास के लिए 65,916 करोड़ का बजट अनुमानित किया गया है। जो पिछले वर्ष की तुलना में 20.50 प्रतिशत अधिक है।
जिला स्तर पर कृषि एवं ग्रामीण विकास के लिए पीएलपी (पोटेंशियल लिंक्ड क्रेडिट प्लान) के लिए रोडमैप है। जिसमें कृषि, सूक्ष्म, लघु एवं मध्यम उद्यम, बुनियादी ढांचा, जलवायु परिवर्तन महत्वपूर्ण हैं। एसीपी (वार्षिक ऋण योजना) को अंतिम रूप देने के लिए बैंक दस्तावेजों को तैयार करने का काम कर रहा है।
