देहरादून : मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने प्रदेश में कानून एवं व्यवस्था से सम्बन्धित घटनाओं को गम्भीरता से लेने के निर्देश जिलाधिकारियों को दिये हैं। उन्होंने निर्देश दिये हैं कि कानून एवं व्यवस्था से सम्बन्धित घटना चाहे वह राजस्व क्षेत्र की हो या पुलिस क्षेत्र की, जिसे भी कोई सूचना प्राप्त होती है तो उसे गम्भीरता से लेकर उसके समाधान की त्वरित कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित कराये।
मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रदेश में वन क्षेत्र या अन्य क्षेत्रों में होटल, रिसोर्ट या धार्मिक कार्यों के लिये हो रहे अतिक्रमण का चिन्हीकरण कर उस पर सख्ती के साथ त्वरित कार्यवाही के भी निर्देश दिये हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रदेश के मदरसों के सत्यापन के साथ ही डेमोग्राफिक चेंज के प्रकरणों में भी सख्ती से कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिये।
रविवार को सचिवालय में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कानून व्यवस्था, अवैध अतिक्रमण, आपदा आदि से सम्बन्धित विभिन्न विषयों पर शासन के उच्चाधिकारियों के साथ गहनता से समीक्षा की। समीक्षा बैठक में सभी मण्डलायुक्त एवं जिलाधिकारी वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से जुड़े थे। मुख्यमंत्री ने जनपदवार जिलाधिकारियों से उनके स्तर पर की जा रही कार्यवाही तथा समस्याओं के समाधान के लिये किये प्रयासों की जानकारी प्राप्त की।
मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिये कि जनपद स्तर पर सभी सम्बन्धित बिन्दुओं का कलेंडर तैयार कर उनकी पाक्षिक या मासिक समीक्षा कर रिपोर्ट शासन को उपलब्ध कराई जाए।
सीएम धामी ने कहा कि प्रदेश में हाल ही में घटित कुछ घटनाओं से प्रदेश की छवि धुमिल हुई है। इस प्रकार की घटनाओं की पुनरावृत्ति न हो, इस दिशा में सभी अधिकारी सर्तकता एवं जिम्मेदारी के साथ कार्य करें।
उन्होंने कहा कि देवभूमि हमारा प्रदेश है, यहां अमन, चैन व शांति हम सबकी जिम्मेदारी है। उन्होंने कहा कि अपराधी कोई भी हो उसे बख्शा न जाए। इमानदारी से कार्य करने वालों को परेशान न किया जाए। बाहरी प्रदेशों से आने वालों पर कड़ी नजर रखी जाए। भविष्य में प्रदेश की जन संख्या घनत्व के कारण किसी परेशानी का सामना न करना पड़े, यह भी सुनिश्चित किया जाए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि जन समस्याओं का समाधान त्वरित ढंग से हो, इसके लिये सचिवालय में सोमवार को नो मिटिंग डे तथा पर्वतीय जिलों में 10 से 1 बजे तक अधिकारियों के जनता से मिलने के निर्देश दिये गये। जनपदों की कोई समस्या सचिवालय न आये यह भी जिलाधिकारी सुनिश्चित करें। इसके लिये बहुउद्देशीय शिविर तहसील दिवस के आयोजन के साथ दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों में जन समस्यायें सुनने की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने को कहा। इस सम्बन्ध में उन्होंने ऊधम सिंह नगर की भांति ई-समाधान चौपाल की व्यवस्था भी सुनिश्चित करने को कहा। उन्होंने सरलीकरण, समाधान निस्तारण एवं संतुष्टि के तहत की गई समस्याओं के समाधान का भी विवरण तैयार करने को कहा।
मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने सड़कों की स्थिति की जानकारी प्राप्त कर 15 अक्टूबर तक सड़कों को गड्ढा मुक्त करने के भी निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने अवैध शराब, अवैध खनन पर भी प्रभावी नियंत्रण के निर्देश दिये। प्रदेश में बढ़े डेंगू के रोगियों की संख्या के दृष्टिगत इसके रोकथाम की भी कारगर व्यवस्था करने के निर्देश मुख्यमंत्री ने दिये।
मुख्य सचिव डॉ. एस.एस सन्धु ने सभी सभी जिलाधिकारियों को मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा दिये गये निर्देशों का पालन सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने कहा कि अधिकारी सही गलत की पहचान कर दोषियों को सजा देने की कार्यवाही करें। अवैध अतिक्रमणों में राजस्व, वन एवं सिंचाई आदि विभागों की संयुक्त टीम बनायी जाए। जहां पर अतिक्रमण हटाया जाए वहां पुनः अतिक्रमण न हो यह भी सुनिश्चित किया जाए।
