मसूरी – रिस्पना के उद्गम स्थल पर निर्माण कार्य को लेकर आहत है प्रकृति प्रेमी।

मसूरी : शहर की तलहटी पर जिस प्रकार से अवैध निर्माण और बड़ी-बड़ी मशीनों से कटान किया जा रहा है उसको लेकर पर्यावरणविद् और प्रकृति प्रेमी खासे आक्रोशित हैं। बताते चलें कि मसूरी की तलहटी मैं अब भू माफियाओं द्वारा लगातार बड़े-बड़े पहाड़ों को काटकर प्लाटिंग की जा रही है जिसकी जगह दर्जनों संरक्षित वृक्ष भी आ गए हैं लेकिन विभाग अब तक मौन धारण किए हुए हैं। मसूरी वन प्रभाग के राजपुर क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत कैरवान गांव में बाहरी भू माफियाओं द्वारा लगातार पहाड़ों का दोहन किया जा रहा है और अवैध कटान से पर्यावरण संतुलन बिगड़ गया है ऐसे में संबंध विभाग के अधिकारी भी कार्यवाही करने से बच रहे हैं इससे साफ जाहिर होता है कि इस खेल में प्रदेश के कई सफेदपोश भी शामिल हैं।
इस बारे में जानकारी देते हुए सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता और प्रकृति प्रेमी रेनू पाल ने बताया कि उनके द्वारा इस बारे में लगातार कार्यवाही की गई है और इसके लिए उन्होंने उच्च न्यायालय का दरवाजा खटखटाया है जिस पर न्यायालय में तीखी प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त की है। उन्होंने बताया है कि विकास नगर से लेकर रानीपोखरी तक के क्षेत्र को चिन्हित किया गया है चार मंजिला था बीस मीटर से अधिक निर्माण निर्माण नहीं होना था साथ ही 30ः से अधिक ढलान पर कटान या निर्माण नहीं किया जा सकता है लेकिन नियमों को ताक पर रखकर क्षेत्र में धड़ल्ले से निर्माण किया जा रहा है। साथ ही रिस्पना के उद्गम क्षेत्र में 100 मीटर के दायरे में किसी प्रकार का निर्माण नहीं हो सकता है लेकिन भू माफिया लगातार इस पर काम कर रहे हैं और स्थानीय प्रशासन मूकदर्शक बनकर देख रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि यह क्षेत्र भूकंप की दृष्टि से भी अति संवेदनशील है और मसूरी की तलहटी पर हो रहे कटान से बरसात के समय कई भूस्खलन के क्षेत्र बन जाते हैं जिससे की जान माल की हानि भी हो सकती है। सरकारी जमीनों में की कब्जे हो रहे हैं जो कि सरकार की कमी को दर्शाता है आम आदमी की जब सुनवाई नहीं हो पाती है तो उसे न्यायालय की शरण लेनी पड़ती है माननीय उच्च न्यायालय ने भी इस तरह के निर्माण कार्यों पर तीखी प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त की है।
इस संबंध में मसूरी वन प्रभाग की डीएफओ कहकशां नसीम ने कहा कि यह मामला उनके संज्ञान में है उसकी लगातार सेटेलाइट से निगरानी रखी जा रही है, वहीं वन विभाग की टीम भी मौके पर भेजी जा रही है अगर वहां पर वनों को क्षति पहुंचायी गई तो कड़ी कार्रवाई की जायेगी।
