(डेंगू रोग नियंत्रण) मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने अधिकारियों को नगर निगम, नगर निकायों, नगर पालिका व नगर पंचायत में प्रतिदिन फागिंग करने के दिए निर्देश।

हल्द्वानी : काठगोदाम सर्किट हाउस में डेंगू रोग नियंत्रण की बैठक में प्रदेश के चिकित्सा शिक्षा मंत्री डा0 धनसिंह रावत ने नगर निगम, नगर निकायों, नगर पालिका व नगर पंचायत में प्रतिदिन फागिंग करने के निर्देश अधिकारियों को दिये।
मंत्री डा0 रावत ने सभी विभागों से अलर्ट मोड पर कार्य करने के साथ ही लोगों को इस बीमारी से होने वाले नुकसान के बारे जागरूक करने के भी निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने आम जनता से अपील की है कि अपने घरों में पानी एकत्रित ना होने दें, अपने घरों के साथ ही क्षेत्र की साफसफाई का विशेष ध्यान दें संक्रमण होेने पर तत्काल चिकित्सक को दिखायें।
उन्होेंने कहा कि जनपद में जिन स्थानों में डेंगू बीमारी फैलने की सम्भावना अधिक है उन स्थानांे पर प्रतिदिन फागिंग के साथ ही लोगों को डेंगू बीमारी से परेशानियों के बारे में जागरूक करें। डा रावत ने कहा कि इस प्रकार की बीमारी उन क्षेत्रों में अधिक होती है जहां जलभराव के साथ ही साफसफाई नही होने पर सम्भावना अधिक होती है इसलिए अधिकारी क्षेत्रो में जाकर लोगोें का सर्वे करें तथा लक्षण होने पर शीघ्र उपचार दिया जाए।
उन्होंने मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी डा0 भागीरथी जोशी को निर्देश दिये कि जिन क्षेत्रों में लोगोें को डेंगू होेने की सम्भावना अधिक है उन स्थानों पर शिविर लगाने व स्वच्छता अभियान चलाने के साथ ही उन क्षेत्रों में लोगों को मच्छरदानी भी वितरित की जाए। उन्होंने कहा डेंगू से बचाव हेतु जनसहभागिता एवं जागरूकरता अत्यंत आवश्यक है। इसलिए वृहद स्तर पर विभिन्न माध्यमों से जागरूकता अभियान चलाने के निर्देश मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी को दिये।
उन्होंने कहा ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में डेंगू के रोकथाम के लिए ग्राम प्रधानोें के साथ ही ग्राम पंचायत का सहयोग लिया जाए। उन्होने मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी को निर्देश दिये कि विद्यालयों मे सप्ताह में एक दिन जागरूकता अभियान चलायें। उन्होंने कहा सभी विभाग आपसी समन्वय के साथ कार्य करें तभी हम डेंगू बीमारी से आम जनमानस को निजात दिला सकेंगे। इसके लिए नियमित कार्यों की मानिटिरिंग आवश्यक है तथा समय-समय पर रक्त दान शिविरों का आयोजन भी किया जाए।
मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी डा0 भागीरथी जोशी ने कहा कि जनपद में जनवरी 2023 से आतिथि तक कुल 6 डेंगू बीमारी के केस आये है। उन्हांेने कहा डेंगू बीमारी का समय जुलाई से नवम्बर तक होता है। उन्होंने कहा चिकित्सालयों मेें डेगू मरीजों के लिए अतिरिक्त बैड के साथ ही औषधियों प्रबन्ध कर दिया गया है।
इस अवसर पर अपर जिलाधिकारी शिव चरण द्विवेदी, प्राचार्य डा0 अरूण जोशी, एमएस डा0 जीएस तितियाल, एसीएमओ डा0 रश्मि पंत, डा0 ऊषा जंगपांगी, नगर स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डा0 मनोज काण्डपाल,डा0 सविता हृयांकी, डा0 स्वेता भण्डारी, डा0 नवीन तिवारी, सिटी मजिस्टेट ऋचा सिंह, उपजिलाधिकारी गौरव चटवाल, मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी केएस रावत, एआरटीओ विमल पाण्डे, प्रकाश हर्बोला के साथ ही सीएमएस, पीएमएस एवं ब्लाक स्तर के चिकित्सा अधिकारियों के साथ ही नगर निगम, नगर पंचायत, नगर पालिका के अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
