उत्तराखंड : SDRF उत्तराखंड पुलिस द्वारा कोविड से जंग में नित नए अध्याय जोड़े जा रहे, जवान पूर्ण निष्ठा और समर्पण से मिशन हौसला को ऊर्जा दे रहे है, एक नए अभियान के तहत SDRF उत्तराखंड पुलिस पर्वतीय जनपदों की सभी SDRF पोस्टों के अपने के निकटम अति प्रभावित किसी एक बड़े गाँव को कोविड से सुरक्षा हेतु गोद लेगी उत्तराखंड पुलिस के “मिशन हौसला” के अंतर्गत इस अभियान को SDRF का सुरक्षा कवच कहा जा रहा है।

मंगलवार को पुलिस उपमहानिरीक्षक रिद्धिम अग्रवाल के दिशा निर्देशन एवं सेनानायक SDRF नवनीत भुल्लर के नेतृत्व में इस अभियान को वर्चुअल रूप से हरि झंडी दी। इस अभियान का मुख्य उद्देश्य पर्वतीय जनपदों के वे गाँव जो जनसँख्या ओर क्षेत्रफल के साथ ही कोविड से अधिक प्रभावित है के नागरिकों को सहायता प्रदान करना है प्रथम कड़ी के रूप में राज्य आपदा प्रतिवादन बल (SDRF) द्वारा 20 गावों जो गोद लिया जा रहा है।
मिशन की रूप रेखा के तहत प्रत्येक गाँव में SDRF के 2 जवान नियुक्त रहेंगे, जो ग्रामवासियों को कोविड से अवेर्नेश करने के साथ ही, जरूरतमंद को मास्क सेनेटाइज भी वितरित करेंगे, प्रतिदिन गाँव की रिपोर्ट कंट्रोल को प्रेषित करेंगे, जवानों के पास आवश्यकता होने पर आक्सीजन सिलेंडर विद फ्लोमीटर की भी सुविधा है, जवान कोविड से आइसोलेट हुए ग्रामीणों को घर से बाहर न आने की भी हिदायत देंगे साथ ही प्रतिदिन योगा प्राणायाम भी कराएंगे। SDRF टीम को पर्याप्त कोविड मेडिसिन किट भी उपलब्ध करायी गयी है जो आवश्यक होने पर जरूरतमंद को प्रदान की जाएगी।
वर्तमान में कुमाऊँ मंडल से 06 एवं गढ़वाल मंडल से 14 गावों को चयनित किया गया है जिस क्रम में जनपद पिथौरागढ़ में ग्राम – खोलिया गॉंव, दौला गॉंव,/ बागेश्वर में ग्राम- ऐठाण गॉंव,/अल्मोड़ा में ग्राम – बलटा गॉंव, माठ,/चम्पावत में ग्राम- ज्ञानखेड़ा ,/रुद्रप्रयाग में ग्राम – रामपुर, कलना, जनपद /पौड़ी में ग्राम – गोदी दुगड्डा, सिरौ, स्वीत गॉंव, डूंगरी पंथ , /जनपद टिहरी , ग्राम – कुटठा ,/ जनपद उत्तरकाशी , ग्राम – गणेशपुर, नेताला, क्यार्का, नगाण गॉंव,/जनपद चमोली में ग्राम- रामणा, बोला, सीगधार, खडेधार सम्मलित है।


इस अभियान से पूर्व भी SDRF द्वारा कोविड से प्रभावित जनमानस की हर सम्भव सहायता की जा रही है जिस क्रम में कोविड आएशोलेशन में रह रहे संक्रमितों और सम्भावना के तहत आइसोलेट हुए हजारो लोगों के लिए SDRF उत्तराखंड पुलिस का कंट्रोल रूम से लगातार संपर्क किया जाता है साथ ही कॉन्ट्रेक्ट ट्रेसिंग , आएशोलेशन पूछताज सेंटर, हाई रिस्क ओर लो रिस्क पूछताज सेंटर , होम टू होम मेडिकल किट वितरण जैसे हेल्पलाइन डेस्क तैयार किये गए हैं।
