मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि हिमालयन सांस्कृतिक केंद्र के अंतर्गत रंगमंच, प्रदर्शनी के लिए स्थान और देहरादून में सबसे बड़े सभागार के साथ ही अच्छी पार्किंग सुविधा होने से यह अत्यधिक उपयोगी साबित होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि इसका अधिक से अधिक उपयोग हो सके इसके लिए इसके प्रचार प्रसार पर भी ध्यान दिया जाए।
