मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने केंद्रीय मंत्री नितिन गडकरी से मुलाकात कर उत्तराखंड में 4100 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की चार महत्वपूर्ण सड़क परियोजनाओं को केंद्र से स्वीकृति देने का अनुरोध किया। इनमें ऋषिकेश बाइपास, अल्मोड़ा-दन्या-पनार-घाट, ज्योलिकोट-खैरना-गैरसैंण-कर्णप्रयाग और अल्मोड़ा-बागेश्वर-कांडा-उडियारी बैंड मार्ग शामिल हैं। गडकरी ने सकारात्मक कार्यवाही का आश्वासन दिया। सिलक्यारा टनल का 90 प्रतिशत कार्य पूरा हो चुका है।
केंद्रीय सड़क, परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग मंत्री नितिन गड़करी की अध्यक्षता में हुई बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने ऋषिकेश बाइपास, अल्मोड़ा-दन्या-पनार-घाट मार्ग, ज्योलिकोट-खैरना-गैरसैंण-कर्णप्रयाग मार्ग और अल्मोड़ा-बागेश्वर-कांडा-उडियारी बैंड मार्ग के निर्माण से संबंधित प्रस्ताव रखे। लगभग 4100 करोड़ से अधिक की इन परियोजनाओं को स्वीकृति देने का अनुरोध उन्होंने किया। केंद्रीय मंत्री ने सकारात्मक कार्यवाही का भरोसा दिया।
नई दिल्ली में सोमवार को केंद्रीय सड़क, परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग मंत्री की अध्यक्षता में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग परियोजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक हुई। इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने राज्य से संबंधित कई अहम परियोजनाओं व अन्य महत्वपूर्ण विषयों को उठाया। उन्होंने बताया कि ऋषिकेश बाइपास परियोजना के अंतर्गत तीन पानी से योगनगरी होते हुए खारास्रोत तक 12.67 किमी लंबा चार लेन बाइपास बनाया जाना है।
इसकी अनुमानित लागत 1161 करोड़ रुपये है। इसके अंतर्गत 4.876 किमी लंबाई में तीन हाथी कारीडोर के लिए एलिवेटेड मार्ग, चंद्रभागा नदी पर 200 मीटर लंबा पुल और रेलवे पोर्टल पर 76 मीटर लंबा रेलवे ओवरब्रिज प्रस्तावित है। इसके अतिरिक्त श्यामपुर रेलवे क्रासिंग पर 318 करोड़ की लागत से 76 मीटर लंबा आरओबी बनाया जाएगा। इससे नेपाली फार्म से ऋषिकेश नटराज चौक तक यातायात निर्बाध हो सकेगा।
उन्होंने कहा कि अल्मोड़ा-दन्या-पनार-घाट मार्ग-राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के 76 किमी लंबे हिस्से को दो लेन का बनाया जाना है। इसमें 988 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से कार्य होना है। अल्मोड़ा-बागेश्वर-कांडा-उडियारी बैंक राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर 1001 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से कार्य किए जाने हैं। इसी प्रकार ज्योलिकोट-खैरना-गैरसैंण-कर्णप्रयाग राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के अंतर्गत 235 किमी लंबाई में दो लेन चौड़ीकरण का संरेखण प्रस्ताव है। इसमें भी एक हजार करोड़ रुपये तक की लागत आने की संभावना है।
उन्होंने कहा कि भविष्य की आवश्यकताओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए मसूरी-देहरादून कनेक्टिविटी, देहरादून रिंग रोड, हरिद्वार-हल्द्वानी हाई-स्पीड कारिडोर तथा लालकुआं-हल्द्वानी-काठगोदाम बाइपास जैसी परियोजनाओं की की डीपीआर अंतिम चरण में है। इनसे गढ़वाल और कुमाऊं क्षेत्रों में सड़क संपर्क को मजबूती मिलेगी। सरकार विकास एवं प्रकृति के संतुलन को बनाते हुए आगे बढ़ रही है। उन्होंने बताया कि सिलक्यारा टनल का 90 प्रतिशत कार्य पूरा हो चुका है। मार्च, 2027 तक इस कार्य को पूरा करने का लक्ष्य है।बैठक में केंद्रीय राज्य मंत्री अजट टम्टा व हर्ष मल्होत्रा भी उपस्थित थे।
