देहरादून : सूबे के ग्राम्य विकास मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने विभागीय अधिकारियों के साथ समीक्षा बैठक की। समीक्षा के दौरान विभागीय मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने अधिकारियों से विभाग द्वारा संचालित योजनाओं की प्रगति की विस्तार से जानकारी प्राप्त की।
मंत्री ने ग्राम्य विकास विभाग के अंतर्गत संचालित केन्द्र पोषित योजनाओं (महात्मा गॉधी राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारन्टी योजना, दीनदयाल अन्त्योदय योजना- एन.आर.एल.एम.ए प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना- ग्रामीण, प्रधानमंत्री ग्रामीण सड़क योजना, दीनदयाल उपाध्याय ग्रामीण कौशल्य योजना आदि अन्य योजनाएं), राज्य पोषित योजनाओं (मेरा गांव मेरी सड़क, मुख्यमंत्री सीमान्त क्षेत्र विकास योजना तथा वाह्य सहायतित योजना (एकीकृत आजीविका सहयोग परियोजना) के बारे में अधिकारियों के साथ विस्तृत चर्चा कर आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए। मंत्री जोशी ने कहा प्रदेश भर में भारी बारिश होने के कारण पी०एम०जी०एस०वाई० के अंतर्गत आने वाली कई सड़कें क्षतिग्रस्त हुई हैं, जिनमें प्रदेश भर में 140 सड़कें बन्द हैं। गढ़वाल मण्डल में 109 तथा कुमांऊ मण्डल में 31 सड़कें बन्द हैं जिनको खोलने का कार्य शीघ्र अतिशीघ्र किया जायेगा। मंत्री ने मुख्यालय स्तर पर आपदा कंट्रोल रूम में हर दिन की रिपोर्ट प्रेषित करने के निर्देश दिए। मंत्री ने पीएमजीएसवाई की सड़को के अवशेष निर्माण कार्यों में तेजी लाने के भी निर्देश दिए। मंत्री जोशी ने पीएमजीएसवाई के अंतर्गत सभी सड़को के कार्यों को तय समय सीमा के भीतर कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने अधिकारियों की शीघ्र मार्ग खोलने के निर्देश भी दिए। मंत्री ने कहा कि समूह की बहने अच्छा काम कर रहे है। उनके प्रोत्साहन के लिए तथा और बेहतर किस प्रकार से की जा सके इस पर पर विचार किया जाए। एनआरएलएम द्वारा तैयार किए गए उत्तराखण्ड के स्थानीय उत्पादों को बढ़ावा देने के साथ ही उत्पादों की मार्केटिंग की बेहतर व्यवस्थाएं की जाएं, ऑनलाईन मार्केटिंग की भी समुचित व्यवस्थाएं की जाए। मंत्री ने एसएचजी समूह और एनआरएलएम के समूहों द्वारा तैयार किए गए उत्पादों को एक ब्रांड तैयार करने की कार्ययोजना तैयार करने के भी निर्देश दिए ताकि उत्तराखंड के स्थानीय उत्पाद एक छत एक के नीचे आ सके। मंत्री जोशी ने अधिकारियों को प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना ग्रामीण के तहत लक्ष्य के सापेक्ष अवशेष आवास निर्माण कार्यों में तेजी से कार्य करने के भी निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना के तहत अभी तक जिनका मुआवजा भुगतान नहीं हुआ है, उनको शीघ्र भुगतान किया जाए। मनरेगा के तहत कार्य करने वाले कार्मिको के वेतन भुगतान के संबंध में भी बैठक में वार्ता हुई।
इस अवसर पर सचिव राधिका झा, अपर सचिव आनंद स्वरूप, अपर सचिव निकिता खंडेलवाल सहित अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
