देहरादून : राज्य ग्राम्य विकास विभाग की पहल पर महिला एसएचजी के उत्पादों को बाजार उपलब्ध करवाने के लिए आज राजधानी के रायपुर ब्लॉक परिसर में ‘‘राज्य स्तरीय उत्तरा विपणन केन्द्र’’ का लोकार्पण सूबे के ग्राम्य विकास मंत्री द्वारा किया गया। ग्राम्य विकास मंत्री तथा स्थानीय विधायक उमेश शर्मा ‘‘काऊ’’ द्वारा विकास और पर्यावरण का संतुलन बनाने का संदेश देते हुए रायपुर ब्लॉक परिसर में नीम का पौधा भी लगाया। इसके उपरांत ब्लॉक सभागार में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में विभागीय मंत्री द्वारा विकासखण्ड रयपुर, सहसपुर तथा डोईवाला के तकरीबन 30 महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों को आर एफ (रिवाल्विंग फण्ड),सी आई एफ (कम्यूनिटी इन्वेस्टमेंट फण्ड) व सी सी एल (कैश क्रेडिट लिमिट के चैक भेंट किए। इसके अलावा महिला समूहों के उत्पादों की बिक्री को बढ़ावा देने के लिए ‘‘युकेएसआरएलएम एमआईएस एप’’ तथा त्रैमासिक पत्रिका ‘‘आजीविका दर्पण’’ को भी लोकार्पित किया गया। कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता रायपुर विधानसभा के विधायक उमेश शर्मा काऊ द्वारा की गई। विशिष्ट अतिथि के रुप में रायपुर विकास खण्ड़ की ब्लॉक प्रमुख ममता देवी उपस्थित रहीं।
उपस्थित एसएचजी सदस्यों को संबोधित करते हुए ग्राम्य विकास मंत्री ने कहा कि, मेरा यह मानना है कि यह राज्य मातृशक्ति के अथक प्रयासों की देन है। इसलिए राज्य की महिलाओं को आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त बनाने और उन्हें एक गरिमापूर्ण जीवन जीने में सहायता करना हमारी सरकार की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकताओं में से एक है। स्वयं सहायता समूहों (एसएचजी) उत्पादों के विपणन के लिए एनआरएलएम कार्यक्रम के माध्यम से महिलाओं को पर्याप्त कौशल और अवसर उपलब्ध कराने और टिकाऊ सूक्ष्म उद्यमों को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए उन्हें एसएचजी और उनके संगठनों में एकजुट करने का काम किया जा रहा है।
आजीविका मिशन के अपर मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी प्रदीप पाण्डेय ने मिशन की उपल्बधियों के बार में जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि 13 जनपदों के 95 विकासखण्डों में चरणबद्ध तरीके से संचालित की जा रही है। राज्य में 39,116 स्वयं सहायता समूह में 3 लाख पांच हजार महिलाओं को संगठित कर 4310 ग्राम संगठन तथा 259 कलस्टर स्तरीय संगठनों का गठन किया गया है। वर्तमान समय तक 4310 ग्राम संगठन तथा 259 कलस्टर स्तरीय संगठन का गठन किया गया है। 34471 समूहों को रिवोल्विंग फण्ड 19429 समूहों को सामुदायिक निवेश निधि 31148 समूहों को सीसीएल तैयार कर बैंक लिंकेज किया गया है।
महिला समूहों के उत्पादों को बाजार दिलाने के लिए ग्राम्य विकास विभाग की अन्य गतिविधियां-
02 राज्य स्तरीय आउटलेट स्थापित किए जा चुके हैं। 13 जिला स्तरीय आउटलेट (सरस सेन्टर) तथा 09 कलस्टर/विकासखण्ड स्तरीय आउटलेट एवं 33 नैनो पैकेजिंग यूनिट, 24 ग्रोथ सेन्टरों की स्थापना की गई है। जॉलीग्रांटएयर पोर्ट पर भी एक आउटलेट बनाया गया है। इसके अलावा चारधाम यात्रा रूटों पर 17 अस्थायी आउटलेट बनाए गए हैं।
