मसूरी : मसूरी ट्रेडर्स एंड वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन ने राधा कृष्ण मंदिर सभागार में गर्म कपड़े व कंबल वितरण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया, जिसमें बड़ी संख्या में लोग उमड़े, जिसमें कई लोग छूट गये जिन्हें एक अन्य कार्यक्रम आयोजित कर कंबल व गर्म कपड़े वितरित किए जायेगे।
मसूरी ट्रेडर्स एंड वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन के तत्वाधान में आयोजित गर्म कपडे़ वितरण कार्यक्रम में उम्मीद से अधिक लोगों के पहुंचने से व्यवस्था चरमरा गई। लेकिन उसके बावजूद एसोसिएशन की ओर से कड़ाके की सर्दी से बचने के लिए कंबल, टोपियां, गर्म कपड़े जैकेट, लेडिस सूट स्वेटर आदि वितरित किए गये जिसका सैकड़ो लोगों ने लाभ उठाया। इस मौके पर बतौर मुख्य अतिथि एसडीएम शैलेंद्र नेगी ने कहा कि सर्दियों के दिनों में बहुत से लोगों के पास ठंड से बचने के साधन नहीं होते ऐसे में मसूरी मसूरी टेªडर्स एंड वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन का यह सराहनीय प्रयास है जिनके माध्यम से बड़ी संख्या में लोगों को गर्म कपड़े व कंबल वितरित किए गये। उन्होंने कहा कि जिस तरह से यहां पर लोग उमड़े है उससे यह अंदाजा लगाया जा सकता है कि यहां पर जरूरतमंद लोग काफी संख्या में हैं। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि प्रशासन की ओर से दो बार कंबल वितरित किए जा चुके हैं और जरूरत पड़ी तो आगे भी कंबल वितरित किए जायेगे। इस मौके पर व्यापार संघ अध्यक्ष रजत अग्रवाल ने कहा कि एसोसिएशन का प्रयास है कि संदिर्यों से बचने के लिए गर्म कपड़ों की जरूरत होती है लेकिन कई लोगों के पास गर्म कपड़े नहीं होते ऐसे में उनकी मदद के लिए एसोसिएशन आगे आयी व कंबल सहित गर्म कपडे़ वितरित किए गये। उन्होंने कहा कि इस आयोजन में 70 प्रतिशत कपड़े नये थे व बाकी पुराने थे जो शहर से एकत्र किए गये थे। उन्होंने कहा कि शहर की जरूरतमंद जनता ने उनकी संस्था पर विश्वास किया व गर्म कपड़े ले गये व कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाया। उन्होंने कहा कि जनता का प्यार व आशीवार्द उनकी संस्था को मिला यहं उनके लिए गर्व की बात है। इस मौके पर महामंत्री जगजीत कुकरेजा, नागेद्र उनियाल, राजकुमार, सलीम अहमद, सतीश जुनेजा, राकेश ठाकुर, सहित बड़ी संख्या में लोग मौजूद रहे।
